We needed some work done quickly and Keaton was able to facilitate not only getting someone out quickly but also came up with great ideas in order to get the project done in less time than we anticipated!

Keaton is such a great guy to work with. Even though my plan to build a 50p sqft home didn't end up working out (the property didn't work out), he was patient and understanding throughout the whole process. What I really appreciate about him is that he's transparent. Our first meeting he told me straight up how long he was in business, how long he's been in the industry. Another was that he's flexible on the budget of a build. Mine was very much not a blank check project and he had quite a few options for that. All in all, I'll be using him again if our paths cross, and I'll surely be passing his name along.

Showed up on time and did an excellent job! Always communicated! Always answered my calls and was always polite and accommodating to my schedule. A delightful young man to talk to! If you have an issue, he was very willing to fix it!

Replaced our roof early October, roof leaked after first rain less then 2 weeks later. He sent 2 workers back who worked for several hours patching the roof but when the rain came again it was leaking again, in 2 different rooms. He has ignored our calls, text or emails for several days now, not answering our repeated calls or returning a single text or Email! We checked his CCB#236529 and he is exempt from Workers Comp, which means he can not have employees. He is either violating the law by having employees and not paying workers comp or he illegally subcontracted the work out to an contractor which he did not provide us with any information on, or more likely it was an unlicensed subcontractor, given the horrible job they did! He is also likely violating his license by working on our home at all because we also noticed he is not authorized to work on homes built before 1978 becasue of possible lead paint. His FB profile, Keaton Davis Ems, says he is a Policy Analyst for the Oregon State Legislature and verifies he is the owner of KDE Construction. Just another lying, crooked politician!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Keaton and his team. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and KDE was exceptional in all regards. When we started gathering bids for our tiny home / art studio project, Keaton stood out right away through his prompt and clear communication. His target timeline for the project was met (which is basically unheard of these days, esp. given supply chain h***). Keaton was willing to adapt the scope of their work to fit our specific needs and budget. His crew were always very respectful of our family, really a joy to have working at our place, and definitely trustworthy. The studio turned out better than we imagined, and well within the working quote (which was extremely fair). We are so impressed that we're already looking for additional home addition and renovation projects for KDE to take on. As long as you keep in mind that these guys cannot fix supply chain problems that are out of their control, everything on their end that they have control over (communication, workmanship, attention to detail) will be top notch from day one to completion. 100/100, we're forever grateful to these guys.
