Hired or a Resident stove repair by Better Housing Medford. Angela scheduled my visit for a stove repair. She requested model number and let me know they would verify parts were available and schedule repair. We spoke Friday. Repair was done by Wednesday noon (minus weekend and holiday)....
Eric brought our granite countertops and tile floor in our kitchen back to life. He was also able to remove an ugly stain on a slate floor, which I did not think was possible. As others have said, I wish I had taken before and after photos! He is not only a meticulous craftsman, he is a fount...
When they were finished, the kitchen floor was not clean. They had mopped, but the floor looked dirty; they did not clean the spaces in between the tiles. The tiles themselves looked merely wiped, not scrubbed. Very unsatisfactory work. The oven was cleaned very well, as were the countertops....
They have done some major repairs for us. My husband likes them.
