Merry Maids of Medford

When they were finished, the kitchen floor was not clean. They had mopped, but the floor looked dirty; they did not clean the spaces in between the tiles. The tiles themselves looked merely wiped, not scrubbed. Very unsatisfactory work. The oven was cleaned very well, as were the countertops. The cupboards did not appear to be washed down, as I requested they be. The microwave and toaster had been cleaned well. A housecleaner broke the blinds to the back sliding glass door.
The first bathroom was cleaned very well, from countertops to toilet, from mirror to shower and tub. Very thorough work.
The second bathroom was not done well at all. The shower stall was still terribly filthy and I had to redo it myself with my own cleaning products. The mirror was clean. The toilet was clean. It did not appear that the floor had been cleaned. There was still dust on every surface. The housecleaner broke the glass shower door; the glass had been pulled out of its frame on one side. She did not mention this break to me as they left.
Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience with Merry Maids. I will not be using their services again, as they did not provide quality work.

We used them a couple of times. They showed up on time. I would use them again in the future.

Hired them two years ago to clean every other week. Good to start with but went downhill fast. Broke so many belongings and in the end were leaving bathroom mats and trash cans in the hallway because their time was up
