Colin did a great job of performing much needed maintenance on my chimney. He performed the following: - removed and cleaned out a rusted damper. - Cleaned and sealed cracks on crown - Swept flue - Install a top damper/cap (much better then internal damper) - Ground out deteriorated mortar joints and filled/struck with new mortar (tuck pointing). - Applied sealant around flashing - Applied water seal to entire chimney
