"I believe this company is also called Alpine Pump. Shawn quoted about half the price of other local "big name" companies. Replaced my 50 yr old jetpump with a new submersible with 5 yr warranty. Arrived right on time and completed the work in 2 hours. Note that the larger companies wanted me to remove my wellhouse first, switch over from 115V to 220V (which would have cost thousands) AND wanted almost twice the money to replace the pump. SOOO glad I found Alpine. Shawn installed a 115V pump in 2 hours without removing the well house. Better Pressure and MUCH cheaper."

I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!"

"Hired them for a basic residential addition foundation job and they completely screwed up every step of the process. They don’t know how to read plans or pour straight out flat foundations. They don’t pay their subs which is coming back on us now. They won't respond to any communications. A lien has now been filed on the project because of their lack of payment. Shocked at their ineptitude. Very friendly people, but they should not be construction business owners."

Well pumps need power to run, so they can’t function without electricity. If your power shuts off, there can sometimes be enough pressure in the water tank to allow for a lucky flush or a bit of tap water—but this won’t last long. Both can deliver clean water to your taps, but well water and city water carry a few differences. City water is delivered and connected through a main water line, and it travels through a network of underground private and public pipes to service various buildings and structures once it’s been treated.

Well water is derived from dug or drilled wells that source groundwater from the water table. City water is often more expensive than well water, but it eliminates the need for you to test and treat your own well water.

Oversizing a well pressure tank won’t hurt your well system. Larger tanks result in longer and slower pump cycles and consequently fewer startups and longer runtimes, which means the tank may have better longevity. The only drawback to oversizing is efficiency since larger tanks tend to cost more and take up more space.

Age is certainly a factor in well pump failure. The older your pump, the more likely it is to fail. 

Beyond age, other factors can cause your well pump to fail, too. Things like poor water quality can cause sediment buildup in your pump. Without proper cleaning, your pump can seize up and fail. Having a dry well for too long can also cause your pump to fail, as it keeps working even though there's no water for it to pull. 

If your well pump is running continuously (meaning without turning off or stopping), it's a sign that your well pump is starting to break down. The length of time your well pump should cycle is dependent on many factors, like the tank size, pressure setting, and even the amount of water in your well. Generally, your well pump should cycle, or go from running to not running every few minutes.
