"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

They left the area so much cleaner than it was when they arrived and they explained everything to us clearly so we would know what to do. "well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?

"Jamison and his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. I would and already have recommended them! Once they started the job they worked until it was finished and cleaned up after. They poured 43 yards of concrete, with 50% of it colored and stamped for our driveway and patio. They were very meticulous around the screens and covered our home with plastic to ensure there was no splatter. They were also very meticulous with the underground drain system for our driveway. The kept us informed the whole way through so we knew what was happening and what to expect. Our slopped driveway turned out awesome and our patio is stunning!"

"I had a foundation issue that needed attention and called Ram-Jack whole told it would cost too much to fix the issue without giving me a figure. Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about the figure and was told that they decided they couldnt do it. No call to let me know that. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any foundation work done. I could not have been happier and the work they did was very affordable. Forget the "Big" guys as these guys can do what you need. Thank you. Hopefully I will experience no more foundation issues but if I do they will be the ones I hire."
