"Alan was quickly responsive to my initial contact, and came out to assess and bid the job. Since we were under time constraints, and Alan could do the work we did not look for other bids. Alan’s crew came in and removed/disposed of the carpets in our large basement area, scraped off existing linoleum in another room, and scraped off wood floor glue on another area. They then did a grind on the concrete floor to expose the clean surface, stained it and applied 2 coats of poly sealer. All work was professional, Alan was great to work with (even allowed us to add an additional area to the job at the last minute), and the floor looks fabulous.

"These guys did a great job in rehabbing a house near our house in Gresham. I had them give me a bid to check out another bid I got. Their bid was less than 50% of the other bid. They did a beautiful job and took care of all of our problems. They are coming back to put in a retaining wall for us. Once again, their bid was about 50% of others I had gotten. "I was initially unsure hiring them for landscape as they are a construction company. But i was desperate to get the yard mowed and weeded. They are two brothers who started their company in October. The worked like dogs for over two hours. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. The yard has not looked this good in years. The mowed, sprayed, dug weeds, picked up leaves, blew the front and back and totally cleaned up after their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I am having them back to clean the moss off of the roof, and have hired them to come back every two weeks to mow and spray, at least thru the summer.
