"I needed my older Deck awning replaced after our recent snow storms. They came promptly and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and within a week I had an updated Awning which I love. They are courteous and arrive on time ready to work. I highly recommend this company. J Murphy"

"I've had other construction things done for my business and other homes and he has been the best contractor I've ever had. When he builds something he builds it a little bit stronger and up to code and saves you money in the long run. He really works with you and he is a top notch contractor that can do anything!"

"We had a shower faucet handle break and at the same time, decided to not turn off fully. I knew it was coming and had previously bought a whole faucet kit. When the faucet broke, I pull off the old cover and saw copper piping and knew this was not a job that I could do. After seeing the reviews here we called Robert Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning, Robert called and was here within an hour. He explained to my wife that the kit I bought would be a big, expensive job and he could just fix the faucet that was already there. Plus I think I bought the wrong kit to begin with. :) He was finished in an hour. New handle and overhauled the faucet. Very professional and pleasant. We have a new plumber! :)

Capping a gas line costs approximately $125. The final price varies from $75 and $150 depending on your contractor’s hourly rate. To completely remove a gas line and cap it at the base can cost up to $250. Most contractors will charge a flat fee instead of by the hour since capping is often part of a larger project.

You can pour hot water down your gutter drain to melt ice and keep ice dams from forming. If the problems persist, consider investing in heat cables to run in your gutters. Heat cables can adjust based on the surrounding temperature to keep ice thawed.

The overflow drain and wastewater drain connect to the same main pipe to take water away from your bathtub. Your overflow drain is meant to prevent damage to your bathroom—especially the floor around your bathtub, where excess water can quickly create a mold or mildew problem.

Generally, toilet leaking is not an emergency unless the leakage is severe. However, any leakage at the bottom should be addressed as soon as possible because it could lead to water damage to the floors, under the tiles, or into the walls. Leaks at the bottom can also lead to mold growth if unaddressed.

Hoses can constrict over time. If water isn't coming out of your garden hose, it might be clogged by dirt, rocks, insect nests, and other debris that can find its way in there. If the weather's been cooler lately, water can freeze inside hoses and create clogs when it doesn't melt fast enough. If the water is hard where you live, minerals can build up in the hose and constrict it further.
