"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"I paid a $60 service fee, but they did repairs worth $1000. My builder in hind sight put faucets that are very hard to get and are very expensive. It was a good experience. I enjoy having them around. They sent a very good guy out to do the work. They were very responsive, and they responded very quickly. I was impressed with the guy that they sent."
