"Great. Juan and his team have been caring for my yard for several years. He is conscientious and always strives to do things the way I like them done. That includes weeding, removing leaves and debris, pruning, cutting back plants, mowing and edging. He does extra things when I ask, such as removing a spreading plant, usually without additional charge. Every year my HOA gives me a compliment/thanks for the way my yard looks. And it's kind of a complicated yard to manage. I also trust Juan to do other jobs for me, such as cleaning gutters, washing decks, and pressure washing the driveway. He's a nice guy."

"These guys were great. Always answered my calls, texts in a timely manner, performed all the work we had discussed and then some ( went the extra mile when I asked to get us more plants at the last minute)! My experience with other landscapers were they never returned calls and seemed to have difficulty finding the plants we wanted - Sherpa Landscaping came through and did an excellent job - highly recommend!!!"

"I've never hired a landscaping company before, I am so thankful that I reached out to Campos Landscaping Maintenance. It's one of the best investments I've made. They are very honest, hardworking, punctual and great follow-through. They cleaned my yard up beautifully and I would recommend them to anyone whose yard needs some TLC! Ramona was responsive and was able to give me an estimate quickly, which I felt was VERY reasonable for all their hard work. They will be my go to for any future landscaping needs."

"Jorge, owner of Pacific Silver Landscape, was great to work with. His bidding process was the most thorough of any of the companies we had look at our project. He was the only one who sketched out a plan on paper for us so we knew exactly what to expect. Our project consisted of installation of a sprinkler system, removal of old sod in the front, side and back yard, leveling and addition of soil amendments and installation of new sod. Jorge and his crew were professional, courteous and detailed in their work. We couldn't be happier with our new yard and would highly recommend Pacific Silver Landscape."

Other projects that you can do at the same time as your trellis include painting the deck , installing a pergola, or adding mulch to your garden beds.

Since you’ll likely be digging a trench to install your yard drainage system, this is a good time to complete other tasks that involve digging up your yard, including: Sprinkler system installation Lawn reseeding Regrading your yard Redesigning your landscaping If your drain is under a walkway or driveway, your contractor must also remove those materials. This is a great time to consider upgrading your hardscaping features, especially if they’re nearing the end of their life span.

Most bamboo can send roots down two to three feet into the ground. However, when stopping bamboo from spreading, the focus is on the runner roots or rhizomes. These roots are much shallower, staying 12 inches or less from the surface, so they’re easier to find and remove. But if you want to remove the bamboo entirely, you’ll have to dig out the full root system.

In addition to aloe vera and lilac, other effective humidity-reducing plants include peace lilies, Boston ferns, English ivy, spider plants, and lucky bamboo. These plants thrive in humid environments and can naturally lower moisture levels. Place them in areas prone to dampness for the best results.

Yes, you can put topsoil over sand to encourage grass growth. The topsoil will help to improve water retention and promote grass roots’ development, making it a recommended step of the seeding process. Adding a layer of topsoil will provide additional nutrients to the sandy soil, helping the grass grow and remain healthy through many seasons.
