He used good quality materials and has his own equipment to handle this size job. He and his worker were both very polite and respectful to me and my property. The tenant thought it could cause a tripping hazard so I contacted James and he went out there in one day with his crew and remove the concrete and repoured the concrete pad, making it level. He matched the concrete pad with an aggregate finish, and it looked like it did when it was new they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the tenant was very happy."
