They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. He noticed and pointed out parts of the job that required repair and replacement. He understands building and he demonstrated fine skill while working on our twenty-five-year old manufactored home. His team was professional as well. Tom demonstrated great skill as a carpenter. The men arrived early and stayed late. Breaks were brief and their commitment to the job was evident each step of the way. Preparation was not hurried and everything, once repaired, was very well caulked.
