"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"I have hired Holcomb Renovations twice now. They started by remodeling my bathroom. Halfway through, Cody discovered my subfloor was ruined and fixed it on the spot without going over budget and not extending the work time. It looks great and is such a great improvement already. He coordinated everything, including the delivery, plumber, and cleanup. I also hired them after that for a deck repair. It also ended up being a bit more work than originally intended due to the condition of the underdeck. Cody took care of it and was budget-conscious the whole time. He and his employees were very patient with me, took time to explain things as they went, and provided options to bypass issues. During the renovation, he also identified a few things around the house I may want to look at soon that I didn't even know had damage. Cody and his employee will take care of your project!"

"C&S Contracting did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to remodel our bathroom. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! If you are looking to have any of your rooms remodeled then, by all means, call C&S You will not be disappointed!"

"Zach and his crew at 323 Construction are great! Most of all, you want to hire a construction contractor who is honest. If they are fast and do excellent work, even better. 323 Construction is all that and more. They really care that customers are happy and that their work is done at the highest level. 323 Construction took our entire old 70's home, with floors and ceilings falling through, and turned it into a modern showcase. Things weren't just pasted over with stuff that will fall off and real problems exposed later. No, 323 investigated any suspicious thing they found during demo and made sure the infrastructure behind all the beautiful things they put in was solid and safe for your family. 323 uncovered major electrical problems, structural issues and all kinds of problems that were easy to fix while the walls were open but would have caused huge problems (and massive expenses) later if an uncaring contractor had just pasted over them and not had the courage to call me and say it was going to be a tiny bit more to keep my kids from potentially being electrocuted in their own shower. There was no nickel and dime act going on; Zach only called to provide updates and to report real problems (he even sent photos etc to verify). We are so happy with 323 Construction that we hired them again to put on a deck, fix up the shop and remodel the outside of the house. We will continue to rely on 323 Construction for all our future construction projects. Since 323 Construction can also manage landscaping, tree work, road work, septic and practically any project we have planned, it's super helpful to basically have a one-stop shop for everything we need that is house or property-related. We end up paying 323 the same or less to have another contractor come in, with the security of knowing that someone with Zach's experience is managing the project and providing expert oversight. We are new to town and don't know a lot of people. So, we really had to take a leap of faith to commit to such a large project with an unknown company. We are so lucky that 323 Construction turned out to have incredibly honest and attentive ownership. Let me assure you that your project will be safe in the hands of 323 Construction, and you'll be thrilled with the result. We couldn't be happier with Zach and all the people at 323 Construction!!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"
