They told me the supplier does not do that but when I call the suppliers, they told me that they do supply liens when requested or and also that would be Lien releases. I ended up just paying them instead of continually fighting with them and hoping that nothing ever happens as far as any vendors or labor or being paid in having a right to lien my property"

Oil-based paint takes 6 to 8 hours to dry on average, meaning that’s the minimum time needed between the last brush stroke and the first raindrop. Latex paint dries faster at around 1 hour, and acrylic paint is even quicker, usually drying in about 30 minutes. If rain is in the forecast, check the paint manufacturer's details before laying on a new coat.

Stain is cheaper, easier to apply, and creates a more natural look. Paint lasts longer, has a wider variety of color options, and offers more protection against moisture and sunlight.

Many types of exterior paint last five to 10 years. Factors that determine exterior paint’s lifespan include the type of paint, type of siding, climate, and the quality of the primer and paint. For example, wood siding will require a fresh coat of paint more frequently than paint on brick.
