"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"After we agreed to the estimate Greg provided, he started work within 48 hours. The initial work went very fast. The wall was framed, installed, and sheetrock installed and taped the first day. It slowed down the following days while waiting for the spakel and paint to dry. The first coat of paint was not quite the right color but the second coat matched perfectly. The texture on the wall was also matched perfectly. It looks great. Greg had a friend of his install the rug in the master bedroom. As it turned out his friend had done a lot of work on my daughters house, which she loved, and we had some fun when my daughter arrived and realized who he was.
The kitchen island proved to be a bit difficult and Greg summoned some of his friends. The island was very heavy with the granite counter top. After a couple hours the work was complete and looks real good.
Gregs best assistant was his wife. She helped him with almost every step and did much of the painting.
Overall we are pleased with the final product. We also appreciated Greg's quick action to fix any little defect we noticed. I will hire Greg again when I have something needing attention.
