"I apologize that your service appointment in October did not meet your expectation. We are more than happy to send out a different technician and re-clean any areas of concern or the whole family room and steps again until you are satisfied with the work or refund the $129 amount charged. The technician we sent is IICRC certified and normally does a great job however apparently had an off day and did not clean or communicate to his or our usual standards, for that I am sorry.
