He never said it would require reframing the door, which was something they did not do, and I would have to get someone else to do that, so they fabricated a metal panel and put it up, in place of the original door. In the meantime, the project would be left without a finished door. The rep So I was left with an ugly gray panel made out of metal that looks totally out of place on my wood wall."
