They fixed the water pressure and replaced the pressure relief valve and now our water pressure is greatly improved! They were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. They will be our first call if we encounter future issues with our well.

We have had Oregon Pump and Equipment out several times. We have and old well and pump. They have been very prompt, very professional, and very reasonably priced. Our most recent encounter was in June 2013. We were on vacation The person we had taking care of our greenhouses informed us by phone we had no water. We called Oregon Pump and Equipment. He very promptly responded and fixed the problem with our well. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that they would take care of our problem. We are very grateful to have a company like this available. We can trust them not to do anything that doesn't need to be done and have no problem recommending them. As long as they are in business we will continue using them for all our needs.

The worker quickly located our leak, which was adjacent to the foundation of our house. He hand dug a 2' by 2' hole that was 18" deep. He cut out a broken pipe joint and replaced it with a piece of flexible pipe. He started to backfill the hole, but I told him that I wanted to observe it for a few days, and that I would do it myself. The new pipe worked perfectly.

They were wonderful. They were very quick and very prompt. They were knowledgeable and polite. They knew what they were doing. I would recommend them.

I had been battling frozen pipes with the recent cold spell. After thawing out the pipes and getting water running again the water stopped again. I tried to figure out what was wrong and had no luck in doing so. I called Oregon Pump at 9pm and they answered the phone and we scheduled a crew to come out the next day. They said there were 5 or 6 people ahead of me but that they would get out there ASAP. They called before coming and they were here by about 1:30pm. After checking everything out they discovered a faulty pressure switch which they replaced. They said their normal service call was $85 and they were going to add on a $15 mileage fee as I am WAY out in the sticks. I was fine with the mileage fee, and the part was $20. Hey, I could finally take a shower after 3 days! Nice service guys who were running from one emergency to the other with all of the very cold weather. I plan to use them in the future for more of my pump needs!
