"Demren helped with an electrical/smoke alarm problem we had going throughout the house, and also installed a light fixture for us. We appreciated their knowledge and helpful insights around what was required to bring a permanent solution to our ongoing problems with our smoke alarms. They sourced all materials and replaced all wiring and smoke alarms with new units. We have very high ceilings and they came prepared for those. They also addressed areas I had missed in my original request and ran back out for the required materials/unit. They worked quickly and efficiently. And they were very conscientious about keeping the work areas clean. They let me know as soon as they had an opening and maintain great communication. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
