He noticed and pointed out parts of the job that required repair and replacement. He understands building and he demonstrated fine skill while working on our twenty-five-year old manufactored home. Breaks were brief and their commitment to the job was evident each step of the way. Preparation was not hurried and everything, once repaired, was very well caulked. They showed up, figured out was the problem was and fixed it the same morning. Also pointed out a clogged gutter and took care of that (no extra charge) and saw the roof on one of my sheds was looking bad and fixed that up in 10-15 mins (no charge either). They were a pleasure to work with and talk to, very open and honest with their assessment. I highly recommend checking them out if you are having roof issues.
