Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. We accepted this bid and began to move forward with this project. As with any construction project, we ran into unexpected situations. He maintained focus on finding solutions, worked magic to make things happen that we wanted and came up with additional creative ideas when we couldn’t. He is a true craftsman and he employs the most amazing people! The pandemic hit during our project and he was respectful of our request to wear masks when entering our home. They continued the work and Jay was open about end dates and timelines. "Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. You’ll never be disappointed. He doesn’t change the price on you mid project and he’s very reliable and always finishes when he says he will."

"I hate to write this review but people need to know what to watch out for. I had a $20k patio and walkway poured in April of 2023. Cracks started showing up in June. Josh promised to come out and fix them. He finally came out months later and said he would have someone out soon. A back and forth text went on for months and months until maybe June of 2024 he came out and cut the cracks and poured in a patch. Patch lasted until the next rain and then now I have a bigger crack. He then promised he would fix it and a person came out and cleaned up the cracks, left and no one ever came back. I contacted Josh and he said his warranty didn't cover cracks but he would come back out anyway. That was two months ago and he said he was leaving the state. I see his business is still open. One thing to have a problem. Another to make it worse, promise to do things and then just disappear. Now I have a mess and it will cost me a couple of thousand dollars to get to look even kind of nice. People keep asking me about it so it isn't just my opinion that it is wrong. I have many many text to validate this review. Sad to see this happen!"

"Can't say enough how fantastic it was to work with Philip. Not only was his work top notch and my deck turned out amazing but his communication was incredible. Any issue I had Philip just solved the problem and kept the job on time and worry free for me. I will only use PEC construction for my home."
