Removed appropriate amount of concrete floor. Dug and removed soil to
expose leak. Replaced leaky pipe and other related valves, etc.
Replaced soil, tamped, then mixed and poured new concrete floor to
surrounding grade. Mike and his assistant plumber worked together to get job done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Extremely happy with the entire experience.

We had water leaking down into our basement via the stack from the bathroom above. We weren't sure if it was a problem with the stack or the toilet itself. Mike was quickly able to determine the stack was fine, and we needed a new wax ring at the base of our toilet. He removed the toilet and placed, not one, but two wax rings for a stronger seal on our old stack (but new toilet). Mike has done larger work for us in the past with the biggest job being a leaky pipe on the exterior of our home (to the street) that was causing ground water to pool up. He dug down and repaired that extremely well. There has never been a problem with it since. I always call Mike when I need anything. He's been in business a long time and is a highly experienced, knowledgeable plumber.

Mike and the team at MJ's are excellent- we hired them several years ago and are who we go to first. Pricing is good yet more importantly, they show up when they say they will, they are friendly, perform excellent work, and are willing to go the extra mile. They are trustworthy and genuinely nice folks.

If you have a problem with damage or any critical service, he'll be there quickly. I do not remember how much he charged me, but he did review the costs with me before he did any of the work. He's never exceeded his price estimates.
