Smoothly and fine. We had this done 8-10 years ago and are just now completing the review. We have had no problems with the door at all. So, the work was very well done with no followup problems.

Metro was kind, courteous and totally professional. I’d recommend them to anyone, an I’m a hard man to impress.

It was very straightforward. Owner was easy to deal with. Price was reasonable.

The tech man arrived promptly and did a thorough check of all parts of my garage opener system. Friendly and very knowledgeable. He also gave me instruction on resetting my pass code and advice on simple maintenance.

I called late today thinking I would be happy/lucky to get someone out here this week.  Judy with Metro had Nathan at my house just a few hours after my call!  
 I was very concerned about the garage door key pad security due to ex-boyfriend having programmed original code and expressed that to Judy when I called.  She reviewed the schedule and she would have someone out either this afternoon or tomorrow.  She then called me again and stated Nathan would be out within the half hour.
Nathan was prompt and efficient.  He re-programmed the key pad and then inspected and serviced my garage door.  I am very pleased with Metro and will use them in the future.  Unbelievably prompt service from any type of business!

Never a breakdown in communication and were always there to answer any questions.  Technician was on time, quickly installed the new door, keypad, and opener and was very helpful in programming everything and walking me through the operations.  Couldn't be happier!

Car was inside garage. Needed the work done quickly and they scheduled the repair for the next day. Technician also serviced and lubed the door, checked its operation.

Several months ago - the spring on our old automatic garage door broke. We had had Metro out the year before to replace the motor on it, and he had done a very good and quick job. So we called him again and he fixed the spring. He does a good job. He is on time. He is reasonable. He is pleasant. He is fast and leaves no mess. I think he is excellent. I have his sticker on the door and would call him again if anything goes wrong. I can't remember the date - spring of 2013. And I don't remember the cost - except I felt it was very reasonable at the time. Also - with the garage door stuck - it was great that he made our appointment fairly quickly and it was all done the next day.

Our experience with them was excellent. I called them because the company I usually use could not come out for a couple of days, so I went on an add from the yellow pages and chose Metro Overhead which turned out to be a conglomeration of companies, so the people who actually came were from Aloha Garage Doors, even though I called Metro. But I was very pleased with them. They were able to come out the very next day, so that is why I chose them. My garage door is working great.

The only reason I went with them is because the other two companies that I had got quotes from use the Genie garage door opener and I did not want that one because I had heard a lot of bad reviews about them. And then I found out from Metro, who does Chamberlain garage door opener, that Genie has just changed all of their mechanisms and everything and they are not trying to upgrade or anything. And I have heard a lot of bad things from people who use Genie, so I went with Metro. And I have to say that I'm really pleased; they did an amazing job. They had to take the old garage doors out and put the new ones in. I was very impressed; the gentleman was very knowledgeable. After forty years of marriage, I'm just having to begin learning to do things on my own so I was a real pest; I sat the whole day out there with him asking questions and he was very tolerant. I really appreciated that.

Metro Overhead Door sent someone right away to replace the gear/sprocket assembly on our garage door when it stopped working on a very cold day.. Thankfully they came quickly. Michael, the service person, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He fixed the door in a timely manner. oiled all the hinges and then, showed us how to engage and disengage the door whenever we wanted to. The door is working great and thanks to Metro Overhead Door, we have peace of mind. The charge was very resonable and on top of that, Michael even gave us the senior discount.

They came out on two occassions. Both time they worked very quickly. I thought they did an excellent job.

Had another company come out and charge $39.00 to tell us they could repair it for between $550 and $800. Having worked with Metro on commercial buildings I have wired, I thought I would call them and see what real pros would charge. After talking with them on the phone the quoted me $275 to remove the old torkmaster (Ha,Ha) springs and replace with a high cycle center coil spring. In and out and did a great job.

The 20+ year old door works like new. All questions I had were answered.

They were fast and they had it done the same day. The guy was good.
