"I guess because I didn’t buy the most expensive carpet in the store that I was not treated as a very important customer. I live on a very limited budget and needed a new carpet for my house. But within just a short period of time after I had the carpet installed, there was a big Rise in the middle of the living room floor. I’ve had somebody come by my house recently and they said they could tell a carpet was not installed properly. I turned it into the Better Business Bureau, but I’ve gotten no response from the company. Next time I will go somewhere else. I did not feel like I was treated very nicely."

"We chose Carpetco because we wanted to support a local company. We purchased carpet and laminate from them in 2015 and had them install it. This was a major purchase, as it was our entire house. They installed the laminate incorrectly which voided our warranty with the manufacturer. They had to come back after one year and then two years to re-stretch the carpet. Our carpet now looks like it's 10 years old and is buckled in multiple places in every room. They refuse to warranty their work. They ignored my inquiries for weeks at a time. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and we are out thousands of dollars for wanting to shop local. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
