"They were both very professional and honest. Two of the nicest guys you will ever meet. They drove from Eugene to my house in Scio, Or. An hour drive . Did a complete evaluation of the cracks in my foundation. Then did a Level Survey on my entire house. They said my house was in good shape. Nothing to worry about. Then I thanked them both and ask how much I owed them. They said (NO) Charge. Then to top it off . They sent me my own copy of the survey report. I recommend Ram Jack West. Call Dan the owner. You will be happy you did. Thanks again"

"We hired Justin in 2020 when we decided to build a home and shop/barn on our property. From our first meeting with him, he offered ideas, suggestions, and his expertise. Justin was right there along every step, from the design stage, answering questions for the architect, to building the home and dealing with sub-contractors, to the final aesthetic touches. We incorporated several energy efficient elements in the design and construction, such as passive solar heating/cooling, ICF for the basement foundation, two types of roofing materials, and 2 styles of porches. If Justin wasnâ t familiar with a particular phase of the project (which was rare), he did extensive research, reported back to us with his findings and recommendations, and we made decisions as a team. We really appreciate his work ethics, eagerness to build a quality product, and also conscientiousness to stay within, or under, our budget. We would highly recommend Justin Sanders for any of your construction projects."

"This s the second time we have used Tim at Pacific Builders. He is very personable and easy to work with. He will bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied with his work. When he gives you a quote on a job he explains the variables and sticks to it. We would definitely hire him again."

"Todd and his crew was always courteous, clean, and professional. What started as a kitchen remodel evolved into a neat entire house redo. The owner had great solutions on project issues until completion. I definitely recommend this company."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. HUGE thank you to this company and their skill, professionalism, and positive attitudes."

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

Common issues with concrete that may require professional repair or resurfacing include cracks, spalling, uneven surfaces, and weather damage.

The average cost for mudjacking is around $1,200, though prices can range from $300 to $3,400. On a per-square-foot basis, you can expect to pay between $3 and $8, with an average of about $5 per square foot. The final cost depends on several factors, including the square footage of the concrete, the type of slab, its accessibility, whether it is load-bearing, and the type of material used to lift it. Generally, lifting a driveway, small patio, or sidewalk is less expensive than lifting a slab foundation or garage floor.

It restores concrete, prevents replacement cost disruptions, reduces trip hazards, and provides stability at a lower cost.

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.

Mudjacking typically takes 24 to 72 hours (one to three days) to dry and cure completely before you can resume normal use. The total drying time can vary depending on the size of the project. Because the slurry mixture contains cement, it needs to harden fully to prevent the concrete slab from shifting under added weight. You should avoid walking on the concrete or placing heavy items like furniture or vehicles on the surface until it has fully set. Your concrete contractor can provide a precise timeline. As a point of comparison, if you opt for polyjacking, the polyurethane foam can dry in minutes, but it's recommended to wait about an hour before use.
