We have three plumbers on staff with an accumulative of approximetly 25 years experience. Our customers are billed at time of service so there is no waiting for a bill to come in the mail. The company phone number is answered by a plumber not a secretary behind a desk. So if you are looking for immediate answers, or have a question, don't hesitate to call.

"Called and asked for someone to come out and give us a FREE estimate on a project that needed to be done to our home. I confirmed with the person on the phone AND the plumber Chris that was there that there was no need to pay because it was a FREE ESTIMATE. We decided to do the project ourselves because it was going to be cheaper and a month or so later we get a bill saying that we owe x amount of dollars for services. I didn’t ask for them to perform a service on our house I asked for an estimate. Talking on the phone trying to get an explanation, they say that they only give free estimates to projects such as remodels or new constructions. Why wasn’t I notified of this when I called for them to come out for a free estimate on the project I needed done? Very misleading and disappointed that I even called and asked for them to come look at our house."

To unclog a plumbing vent, you first need to locate it. Look at your home's roofline. The plumbing vent will be a vertical pipe sticking straight up from the roof. Since this pipe runs all the way to the main drain underneath your house, you should also be able to find it in the attic.

Most people choose PVC, or polyvinyl chloride/plastic, for their sewer line material. PVS has many advantages over other types of pipes. You should not attempt to snake your sewer yourself. Accessing your sewer also exposes you to hazardous sewer gasses, and failing to seal the sewer properly after work can be very dangerous. The type of valve that’s best for water shut-off is the ball valve. These are considered by many plumbers to be the most reliable type of valve, and they’re the type most used for main water shut-offs. These valves only require a quarter turn of a handle to open or close fully.

In the best-case scenario, the pipe size is written on the side of the pipe. You’ll often find this with different types of plastic piping like PVC, PEX, or CPVC. For other types of pipes, you’ll have to measure. You can measure the outside circumference with a soft tape measure, then divide your measurement by pi. From there, you’ll have to use a conversion chart to get the nominal pipe size (the size you’d buy in the store).
