Wolcott also broke a panel of sidewalk with their excavation equipment - visible track marks and damage - and the GM refused to pay for it. We ended up hiring Reynolds Sewers to install a completely new sewer line for only $6,200 from scratch. He also determined a part had to be replaced. There are not many service companies that would have spent the time he did with me on the telephone to try to solve the problem."
