The contractor did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him for future projects. I called him and he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me to try to diagnose the problem with the furnace. He discovered what the problem was and I was able to restart the furnace. He also determined a part had to be replaced. There are not many service companies that would have spent the time he did with me on the telephone to try to solve the problem.

This is my second year using Cedar Creek, and I am sure that I will be sticking with them for the long haul to take care of my AC unit. Jarod arrived with the time bracket we set and finished quickly--leaving everything in order, even coiling up my hose. During his visit, we had a good discussion about the comparative strengths of fiber furnace filters versus electrostatic units, as far as allergy relief is concerned, and I learned a lot. I would definitely recommend him.

I was delighted to find a local contractor for this service, and would use them again. Things that moved the experience from a A to a B: after committing to an appointment, they needed to reschedule. Didn't show up to a furnace maintenance with simple, common filters in stock. Needed better face-mask discipline in the era of COVID-19.

Gerard came out and looked at my air conditioning system, finding that it had leaked all the R22. He checked the entire system for the leak and couldn’t find it. I was offered 2 options, refill the machine and see how long it takes before it’s empty again or replace it. He gave me quotes on 4 different options for replacement, contrasting them against the cost for refill for the 20 year old machine. He was patient with all my questions and informative. Once I had decided which way to go, he and his crew came out pretty quickly; removed the old unit and installed the new one all in one day. It works perfectly. This may be an unusual time for him, due to the lockdown, but there were no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend him.

Because my unit was only a few years old, the technician had little to do, only an annual inspection/cleaning for $109 (a little less what I paid last year to a different company). He was able to do the job a day earlier than promised, which was nice. The technician suggested I switch to a 6-month air filter, to reduce the number of filter exchanges over the year, and he gave me a link to a supplier he used. I ordered two filters, using the link, but unfortunately the link was to the wrong filter, and I had to sent them back. When I contacted Cedar Creek about the problem, he offered to reimburse me for the cost of shipping the filters back, and to provide a free servicing next year, which was going above and beyond what I expected.

He was very kind, helpful, hard working, and reliable I would hire again.

Tune up went great. No problems.

Service was prompt and on-time. Replaced a faulty part after ordering. Added air feature to basic heat furnace so it can be turned on at thermostat.

It was awesome. Very good. Courteous. He was very professional. He was a nice guy. He was very cool. No issues. He was always on time. I was very happy with the service.

Pleased with my appt. He checked out my a/c, filters needed changing just as I suspected. Did a thorough check on my a/c, runs great! I asked if he cleans out the dryer filters, thankfully yes!! He was in and out in about an hour. I appreciated his promptness and cleanliness.

We are very happy with the work that Roof Doctors did for us. We were having problems with our furnace and when we called Jarod responded promptly, He explained the different options that we had and when we chose to replace the furnace he did an excellent job, he was clean, organized and prompt. We highly recommend Roof Doctors!!

Jared was very prompt, he didn’t try to over sell, he only fixed what was needed, he actually told me where to look to possibly get filters cheaper than through them. I feel he was completely honest, efficient, very personable! I would definitely recommend them and as I got their maintenance plan I will definitely be using him again
