He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We knew that going in, so we were not disappointed and, in fact, the price we received was a little higher than we'd expected."

Fred and Bryan were extremely helpful suggesting options for dealing with these challenges and explaining the pros and cons and cost differences of each. Crew members acted professionally and were communicative and hard working. Both design and construction were accomplished during the height of a very busy season. The schedule was revised several times and information was readily provided to us as these revisions arose. The end product is beautiful, effective and already garnering numerous positive comments."

We received a bill with a total amount of $250 - no break down whatsoever. When we called we learned that we were being charged, 2 hours service time and $58 for the part. We disputed the charges and were told that either we pay the entire bill or we'll be sent to collections. They refused to send us an itemized bill. We were sent to collections the next day. We will be reporting this business to the BBB and will see them in small claims court. Make sure to look up reviews on other sites regarding this company. They have a history of unethical business practices. Use ANY other company - this place is fraudulent!"
