Fine Finish Painting & Contracting has completed several projects for us on a house we were remodeling. 1) Drywall: texture removal, re-texture, lots of patches, a new closet, and two new walls. The most remarkable part was the matching of ceiling knockdown texture; it looks amazing. After painting, a few patched areas were still a bit noticeable in which the crew quickly refinished the area and now looks perfect. 2) Exterior Siding: removal of stucco on entire front of house and install of hardi. The crew worked extremely fast and efficient. Ty was always quick to let me know of any discoveries after the removal of the stucco and provided me with options to resolve and the cost associated. Ty really understood my budgetary restrictions and worked within my means. 3) Trim and Doors: Ty worked directly with my door supply vendor to ensure the correct materials were procured. Once they arrived, Ty's finish carpenter, Dave, installed them. New doors and trim look beautiful! 4) Cabinet fillers and crown moulding: Even though our ceiling was uneven (like a lot of ceilings), Dave was able to install so that it appears completely level. The cabinetry looked completely custom after the fillers and moulding were installed. Overall, Ty and his crew were awesome to work with! There was a lot of transparency and open communication. Ty was available all the time and responses were immediate. He is great at managing his crew and meeting deadlines as promised. I would happily hire Fine Finish Painting and Contracting again and likely will on our next project.
