"Unfortunately, I stained my new carpet with coffee.  As you can imagine it left a stain.  Zwicker's was able to remove the stain as well as doing a cleaning of all of the high traffic areas.  Excellent job.....stain gone!

The only con was the time it took her, and that was due to not having our carpets cleaned for two years!
