"I strongly caution anyone considering this foundation repair company. From the beginning, they gave us false hope, assuring us that our foundation issues would be properly resolved. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Not only did they fail to correct the actual problem, but the piers they installed were done incorrectly and not even placed in the proper locations. It’s clear now that the work was rushed and not thoroughly planned or executed with the care it deserved. We’re now left with unresolved issues and the added burden of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional foundation repair. Lastly, painting concrete can make it much more slippery unless you mix in an additive for traction.

It’s best practice to paint your house foundation a neutral color that will match well with the home, look nice on a seasonal basis, and be attractive to future homebuyers. However, if a more eccentric color is what complements the home as a whole there’s no reason not to take that approach.
