Carpet Cleaning
He arrived about 20 minutes late due to a misunderstanding of the appointment time between us. Wendel is a very nice man, polite , friendly and very professional. He measured the carpeted areas first and gave me my quote. We had spoken over the phone about a quote but it was more of a guess-tament than a quote.
The areas of the carpet where we couldn't move the furniture ie: bed, entertainment center, he backed out of the quote which I thought was very professional of him. He explained his proceedure to us from beginning to end, asked if we had any questions, which we didn't, and he went to work.
About an hour later he had finished up, told me he only used 1/2 gallon of scotch guard so that's what he would charge me for instead of the whole gallon. Wrote up an invoice, I paid him and we were finished.
I have to say, I've been having my carpets cleaning for about 30 years now and this was the best experience I've ever had. Wendel is easy to talk to, he's pleasant, he appears to enjoy what he's doing. It was just an all around great job!
