Our Interior Guard creates a hydrophobic coating to protect leather and fabric seats, carpet, vinyl and plastic surfaces. We create a hydrophobic coating with concentrated UV absorbers to protect leather seats and dashboards from premature aging, cracking and other damages such as color transfer and staining of leather seats. Also it creates hydrophobic coating to protect fabric seats, carpets and other textile surfaces. When liquids come in contact with our interior guard and closed loop textiles, the surface repels the substance and liquids roll off without penetrating or staining the material. Additionally, for materials with an open structure such as plush carpets where liquids are able to penetrate the surface, the coating prevents any penetration of the fibers and permanent staining of the material. I and several other residents have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for several months now. During the last treatment visit, the technician was rude and unprofessional in his conduct towards me. When I said that not all the roaches were being killed (this was after two months of treatment), he lashed out and told me, "I'm trying to educate you and you're not listening." He also said that I should not expect all the roaches to be killed because he was just trying to keep them under control, not get rid of all of them. He said, "That's why it's called pest control." I expect exterminators to resolve a pest issue completely, not just make the situation a little better. If this had happened in a home that I owned, I would have kicked this man out immediately and found a different company."
