"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

We are a small company started from scratch and working our way up. our goal is excellent customer satisfaction as well as great customer service. we are not here to rip off customers like some other companies, but to be better than competitive in prices with above average service. that is why i only charge overtime on sundays, instead of starting at 5:00 on weekdays and all weekend, and no double time on sunday as is normal with other companies. we are on call 24/7. i may not be able to come immediately, but will tell you the quickest that i can respond. emergencies take precedence over others, but i will never leave one job unfinished to go to another. i appreciate all criticisms. thank you for your consideration, but please keep in mind, i have to work a full time job to pay my bills at home, so my company is my second job. please do not expect me to leave my paying job to come to you, i will get to you as soon as possible.

"The tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily."

While hardwoods are the best woods to burn, a few types of woods should be avoided when burning. Wood that has not had time to season, or “green wood,” should be avoided. The extra water in the wood makes it smoke horribly, which is not a quality you want. Additionally, it’s best to avoid any wood that is manufactured or has been treated, including coated or sealed wood, painted wood, or pressure-treated wood. These woods have chemicals that will be released into your air when burned and can cause health problems.
