They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I have never had a better experience. The installers showed up on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They replaced 15 windows and were finished by 3:30. They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding. "The guys showed up on time, early on the scheduled morning. Went straight to work keeping me informed all along the way. I had to leave for a period of time while they were working & returned to them being nearly complete, earlier than expected. They encountered a few set backs with the texture of my house & them not having the correct saw blade. When they left for lunch they picked up the correct blade and returned to finish off the job. Windows looked (& still do) great and make the house look better all around. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew that came. The guys made the process really painless all the way through. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of these types of services.
