We're a full service general contractor for residential, commercial, churches and roofing. If you need repairs or have an idea you'd like to accomplish, we can do it...gutters, siding, windows, fences, sheetrock, painting, concrete, kitchen remodels and summer kitchens. And, even though you experience a wind or hail storm, you might not have any damage. We can inspect your roof and property for FREE to see if you need to turn in a claim.

"Todd Novak, Timberline Builders, took insurance money for a project he abandoned prior to its completion. Actions include breach of contract, breach of warranty, over 19 deceptive trade practices, fraud, negligence, failure to address disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith, a constant refusal to come onsite during the project and refusal by Todd Novak to remediate his work. Throughout this project Todd Novak has refused to honor the terms of his contract, has not been honest in his actions on the project, has acted in an unprofessional manner, and has not been respectful of our home and time although he states on his Facebook page, “You can trust that our team is respectful of your time and your home or business”. All work was of low-quality and corners were cut. This was confirmed by independent professionals. Todd Novak permitted alcohol consumption on the worksite. The intoxicated roofers greatly damaged the house, there were several leaks, the roof was of poor quality and the roof also failed inspection. Todd then refused to authorize repairs during rains and storms which further damaged the house. Todd was not legally conducting business during our project. He failed to obtain a roof permit as well as register to conduct business in the city. The Allen PD had no record of a solicitor’s permit. Texas Comptroller records show Timberline has not had a right to conduct business in Texas for the last 8 years. We have been approached directly by 3 of Timberline's subcontractors. Two of the subcontractors approached us directly stating they were having difficulty receiving payment for work they performed for Timberline, Todd Novak. A third subcontractor, the roofer, showed up at our house unannounced and attempted to intimidate us regarding payments received from Timberline. Todd was notified on May 21, 2020, the shutters he installed were warping and needed repair or replacement. There was no response from Todd for over 5 months to remediate the damages. Todd Novak was sent a Texas Property Code 27.004 statutory notification to either cure the damages or provide a settlement to fix the damages. Todd ignored the notification and did not fix the damages. We find this lack of response is commonplace and is consistent with other reviews on Angie's List."
