I purchased the Big Deal. I kinda felt like it was a little bit of a bait and switched. I paid for the $109 but then once I got there to really do what I wanted to do and I had even talked to them on the phone when I made the appointment I had to pay more. I don't remember how much more they charged me. It wasn't insignificant and they ended up doing a decent job. They did what I needed them to do for the most part. I was pretty happy at the end. I remember having trouble getting in touch with them. Need more detail on their deals. At first, I was a little irritated because it ended up being different than what I thought it was going to be.

It was whatever was on the coupon, $119/$120, something like that. I thought the price was very good. They were excellent and I would definitely use them again.

It was fine. There were two workers that came out and it took them about at most half-an-hour to 40 minutes. Their cleanup was good. Some of them were not quite dry and they kind of spotted at the bottom. They are using a new system and I think it is very good. I think they maybe need to check the bottom of the windows when they are finishing that everything had dried.

It was the best thing. They are thorough. They double check everything. She came in and talked to me first as to what I wanted done. She did even more than I thought she would be able to do for that price. She didn't charge me a cent more. They worked really hard. They came on time. When they left, they sent me a postcard with a picture of my house. On the other side, they stated how much they appreciate my business. Their cost was absolutely perfect. I was very satisfied with their cost, with their performance and ability.

Renee came out the day that I called her and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable so I booked with them and they came out 5 days later and cleaned all my windows, inside and out. I have an older home and some really big picture windows that are really hard to reach. They did a good job getting them clean and were very friendly and professional.

We were really happy with their new processes. They cleaned the windows with pure, filtered water. Wow!!! Panes are so clean; they sparkle like new. Our shower is perfectly clean, too. And some bad stains were removed from the floor mats and carpet. They worked so hard. We have been using Shine Bright for 6 years, and they just keep getting better!!! Ann
