"I was able to schedule an appointment with the salesman and installation within a one week timeframe. It was installed yesterday. Too soon to tell if the water is softer but the whole house filter is great. We have city water but now it tastes like bottled water. Loving it so far!"

"Responded within 24 hours. They found the problem right away and had the pump with them and were done within about an hour and a half for the whole call. Very professional, courteous, friendly and respectful. This after waiting 4 DAYS for a callback from Ace Water Well in Choctaw.
