Price was negotiable and seemed to be dependent on whether the company had other jobs for their guys to work on. The 2 guys who did the job were Hispanic, and I had some trouble communicating with them while they were on the job. It took them quite awhile to actually complete it, but I think the results and price were very good. I wish they could have worked a little more efficiently- showed up kind of late each morning, took long lunch breaks, then left around 5:00. So the whole project took about 2.5 days when I was expecting 1.5. I am a perfectionist, and I did have to be assertive and point out any places where I felt needed work. They made some mistakes in a few places, but nothing egregious. The guys were willing to accommodate where I had issues. "

"AFter I had packed and was ready to move I gave Lee a key, and moved to my new house out-of-state. When I came back, 2-3 weeks later, it was completed. After I paid him I found a couple of things we hadn't discussed (a small bathroom with nice wallpaper that I wanted painted, etc.), and Lee came back the next day and took care of everything I asked him to.
