Came early the next week to finish removal of old tile, after time for leveling agent to dry, came back and installed the new tile. Benjamin Spradley is great - on-time, keeps you informed if he will be late, did incredible work. In addition, when grouting, he found a defective tile he hadn't caught, removed it and replaced it and you would never know it had happened.
