We like to say "we take the pain out of painting". We have been painting since 1994 and have had the opportunity to do many different projects all over the US, commercial like Wal-Mart, government projects like military housing in different bases and residential projects like small starter homes to custom homes of tens of thousands of square feet in size. Now we focus on the residential projects and love applying everything we've learned over the years to maximize our customer experience and assure a 100% satisfaction. We have 5 star rating in Google and most of our work comes from word of mouth, we're family and locally owned with the owner himself being present in every job. What makes us different from the rest is very simple, we do the work one time and in a timely manner, our crew finishes the project without the need to "come back another day for touch up". That gives the customer peace of mind and the freedom to continue onto their daily activities.

"They did an excellent job. My exterior looks better than it did when the house was first built. I will definitely be using them again."

This company is a family owned and operated construction crew. We only subcontract out heating and air, plumbing and electrical work. After a bid is accepted and a price set we require a down payment to start and terms are negotiated during the contract phase of the project for payments, or final payout.

Stucco questions, answered by experts

You can use small bits that are up to 3/8 inch in diameter, or larger bits that are 1/2 inch or more in diameter. Make sure the bits you use are coated with carbide or diamond; this information is usually visible on the package. You can also use hole saw bits to drill into stucco.

Stucco will dry in two to three days, but you should wait one to two months to allow it to cure fully before you paint it. The curing process is slow, but leaving the material exposed to air and natural moisture will help it reach its maximum strength. If you live in a hot, arid climate, wait a month before painting. Wait two months before painting if you live in a more moderate or wet climate.

In many areas, a permit is required to remove stucco siding, especially if structural repairs or new siding installation are involved. Check with your local building department for specific requirements and associated permit fees before starting your project. Permit fees range from $100 to $500.

No, stucco siding tends to be more expensive than vinyl siding. While the materials for stucco are less costly, the labor-intensive application process increases the total project budget. If you're comparing stucco versus vinyl siding based on cost alone, vinyl siding would be the winner there. In terms of longevity, on the other hand, stucco lasts for around 50 years, 10 to 30 years longer than vinyl siding, making it a better long-term investment.

The easiest way to remove stucco is to use a circular saw with a diamond blade to cut small squares out, pry them off, and then cut the metal lath behind it with tin snips. It’s possible to do everything with a hammer and a crowbar, but it will take significantly longer and will wear you out more quickly. Plus, you’ll have a higher risk of damaging windows, hidden siding, and sheathing if you go the less precise route.
