Made it clear that the Trane products sell themselves and his value contribution was to fill in the knowledge gaps as we needed. Very prompt in his professionalism (e.g. email and question response times, thorough answers, et). An exception customer-facing frontman! • Scheduling – always well communicated and ON-TIME everytime…! This become exceeding rare in our experience in the thriving residential services industry. • Installation Crew – very respectful and everyone spoke English. As a native Spanish speaker, it not an issue for me, but all too often my wife has been in the difficult position with contractors when I’m at work to try to communicate with other project crews that didn’t speak ANY English.
