He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he went out of his way to respect my property, and his knowledge and expertise about all things chimney are fantastic. His professionalism is tremendous, and reminds me of how things used to be. Besides that, his prices are fair and very reasonable! I had a complicated problem involving water intrusion into the house, and he was able to diagnose some solutions and execute them. He made two trips to the house.
