"If you have questions about your water Johnny is the man to talk to about it..."

"Installation was very quick and complete. Water is now FANTASTIC, ice Crystal Clear. I raised my 'stars' rating after the owner stepped in and corrected a few misunderstandings. TOP NOTCH SUPPORT in Melissa Rogers, one of the support managers at OKAWC."

"These men were very helpful in prep us for the job. They did a temporary hook up so that we would have water at night when we were at home and worked on the wiring and plumbing during the day when we were gone. We experienced little to no inconvenience. We highly recommend them."

"They are replacing my water heater."

"The General Ionics water treatment system and reverse osmosis has been fantastic. We have purchased three systems and both of our daughters own one. It made a remarkable difference in the taste of our water, the hard water deposits, and the terrible skin irritation we had with the municipality water quality."

"Very professional, patient snd wiling to explain exactly what is being done. Very price competitive With other plumbers. Highly recommended!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
