"The plumbing issue I have is very strange. Water shoots out of the toilets. They sent a plumber to diagnose.  The plumber spent close to 2 hrs trying to diagnose the problem. He was highly professional. Although he didn't come up with a solution he told me so and did not try to mislead me.  Since he could not find the problem I was not even charged a service call fee. I would highly recommend using them.

"I have to say that when it comes to Airco, I am somewhat bias because I have used them for years and think they are the best company in town.  At any rate, on this instance the toilet was not flushing properly so I called at 7:45 am to schedule an appointment and they said they would have someone there after 2:00 pm.  Pleasantly enough, Rob from Airco called at 11:15 to say he was on his way.
Rob indicated there were a couple of issues with my toilet (which I was planning to replace) and used the toilet auger to no avail which meant the clog was further down the line.  He was going to remove the toilet so that he could go through the flange to clear the clog and since it was lunch time I asked if he could go to lunch while I run to Lowe's to buy a new toilet.  The clog turned out to be roots and took longer to clear but while Rob was doing that another guy came to put together the toilet so that once the clog was clear, the toilet was set.  I don't remember the second person's name but he was just as efficient and friendly as Rob. 
Every Airco tech that has come to my house has been professional and friendly and I always tell anyone that needs air condition/heating, plumbing and electrical work to give them a call.
