"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

I am a one man company , and occasionally hire some one to help me , but i will never hire someone i could not leave in your house. In the future all future employees will have to be bonded. I want all my employees to look forward to coming to work. If they enjoy what they are doing , it will show on the job. I have a one way trip charge. I offer free estimates within a 30 mile radius. they can also take advantage of my website to offset costs. I offer a 10% discount to military and senior citizens 55 or older. "I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. They got to my house at 12:01 and presented me with a bill for $289 at 12:25! I tried to question the plumber about the over charge but all to no effect. I pad way to much for a job that should have been handles in a trip charge/service call. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! Never again."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Put in complete new system 2 years ago this past May 6 at a cost of $14,000.00 plus. Jack Nelson’s has done an admirable job of maintaining the system regularly according to their schedule. Fast forward 2 years, coil in condensing unit is dumping the Freon and has to be replaced. After only 2 years of usage mind you! And for my $14,000 I now get the added pleasure of giving them another approximately $2,000 in labor charges to replace coil and recharge the unit with freon! Not exactly what I expected to happen 2 years ago when Jack Nelson sold me on their service and product. Waiting on delivery of new Coil (none in stock) and hoping this thing doesn’t crater in this heat before it gets here and gets installed. I’m old enough I probably won’t be in the market for any more AC systems, if I do it again I probably would do it differently! Now I’m going to have almost $17,000 in this one !!"

To make a long story short: they were over three hours late they left damages to my home there is a MAJOR leak still pouring hundreds of gallons of water into my backyard at this very moment & a leak under my sink My NEW dishwasher is still not completly hooked up or working they wont answer our calls AND now I have to pay a new plumber at least $1100 to start a job that i already paid this company $1000 to do!"
