"I was scheduled for 1030 in the morning on Tuesday, September 22 but when they didn?t show up, I called and texted and got it back saying I wasn?t on the schedule. Would I be OK with between one and two? I said OK because I?ve already put my dog in boarding to do this that day. They came in about 130 and did the floor doors fixed, but they didn?t use as much carpet that I had bought and they didn?t use any on the bathroom doorway and just use one side on the front door. They use it on the kitchen door. It looks good but the rest of the doors just look sort of good so I don?t recommend them. They charged $500 and I don?t think I got $500 worth of work"

"The actual service was delayed by a week because the owner misunderstood the details of the deal. He assumed the deal was for carpet cleaning (instead of tile and grout cleaning). Their vehicle showed up with carpet cleaning equipment. Once the confusion was resolved, they setup another appointment for the next week.
They arrived punctually on the next appointment day. Two people arrived. The tile and grout cleaning part was done professionally. I had to pay another $80 out of pocket for the polishing (to get the floor to shine). This part of the service was unsatisfactory, since the polish did not cover the floor 100%. There were a lot of gaps.
