"I was scheduled for 1030 in the morning on Tuesday, September 22 but when they didn?t show up, I called and texted and got it back saying I wasn?t on the schedule. Would I be OK with between one and two? I said OK because I?ve already put my dog in boarding to do this that day. They came in about 130 and did the floor doors fixed, but they didn?t use as much carpet that I had bought and they didn?t use any on the bathroom doorway and just use one side on the front door. They use it on the kitchen door. It looks good but the rest of the doors just look sort of good so I don?t recommend them. They charged $500 and I don?t think I got $500 worth of work"

If you are set on a certain price, they will work with you, but I needed much more than the typical carpet cleaning.  I felt their prices were fair and reasonable and the quality of the steam cleaning was worth it.
