"I initially hired Rod to replace some rotting deck boards; he made some improvements to my deck that I love. The next project was exterior painting. I had started to paint my home and shed but quickly developed shoulder issues and could not finish. Rod finished the job and did many extras that have greatly improved the look of my home. An Estimate is :Some where in the ballpark could be lower or higher! A Bid is:an exact number or price; unless there is an added item which is called an Addendum. At the present I am the only employee ,I work with trained & accomplished sub-contractors in different fields. I have over 35 yrs experience in my field. Most of my billing is done after the job is finished or when the week has ended. Very few times to start a job.Most estimates are free, but not all! More detailed & bigger estimates require a processing fee. I do not provide financing the owner or customer must provide there own.
